WRITING FROM SPACE

Anna Beata Háblová

Two-day literary-architectural workshop with artist, writer, urban planner and architect Anna Beata Háblová.

To be a bridge, a block of flats, or perhaps an airship. What emotions and impressions do places evoke in us? How can we let a space lead us to a story? And what would we feel if we ourselves were such a space? During a two-day workshop with writer, visual artist, and architect Anna Beata Háblová, we will create short original texts based on the places we visit. We will look for their hidden vestiges and put ourselves into different places and people and even into the architecture itself.

What to bring? A pencil, a notebook, a keen eye, and a good dose of empathy
Capacity: 12
Workshop duration: 2 × 4 hours + final presentation
Dates: Saturday and Sunday, 21 and 22 September, from 9:30 to 13:30

The workshop is suitable for adults and children aged 15 and older.
